The Shoonaq' Tribe of Kodiak Adopts Constitution
The Constitutional Convention was held on October 4, 1988 at 7PM at the Kodiak Senior Center, and the Shoonaq' Tribe of Kodiak formally adopted their Constitution with a vote of 23 in favor and 0 opposed.
